Not impressed. First scheduled appointment was cancelled 1 hour prior to show time. When the cleaners showed up the following week they immediately needed to borrow a stepladder in order to get to the ceiling vents. Paint was pulled off the walls in two areas when vents were removed (should have cut around the seams better with a utility knife). No mention of this was made until we pointed it out. Air compressor used to operate the vacuum leaked rusty water on an area rug leaving a large spot. Again, no mention of this made by the cleaners until we pointed it out. No offer of compensation was made for either the paint or the rug. I guess “sorry about that” is good enough. Still waiting for a receipt and before/after pictures of our vents. Not sure what the standards are for this particular business but it was less than professional.
